Terms of Service

By installing or using the Upload Native app (“the app”), provided by DATUN SRL, the merchant agrees to these terms.

The service

The app lets a store’s customers upload files on the storefront and (on Shopify Plus) in checkout. Files are stored in the merchant’s Shopify Files; the app stores only file metadata. The app is provided on an as-is, as-available basis.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed through Shopify’s billing. Each plan includes a monthly upload allowance (Free 50, Growth 1,000, Pro unlimited). Upload limits are enforced per billing month. Plans can be changed or cancelled at any time from the app; Shopify processes proration and refunds per its billing rules.

Acceptable use

The merchant is responsible for the files their customers upload and for complying with applicable law. Do not use the app to process content that is unlawful or that infringes others’ rights.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DATUN SRL is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data residing in third-party systems (such as Shopify Files).

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.
